Crystal Therapy is a holistic therapy which focuses on the individual as a whole rather than physical symptoms in isolation. The aim of this therapy is to restore a feeling of wholeness, balance and health on all levels. It may be through the relief of stress and tension to produce a feeling of revitalization and relaxation.

Karen first became interested in complementary therapies in 1995, and qualified in Reflexology in 1996. After which, she continued to develop training in other complementary therapies.
In July 2007 after working in education and training for over 16 years, Karen decided to become a full time complementary therapist.
Karen is member of Embody and The Complementary Therapists Association and is a Health Kinesiology registered practitioner.
As a registered trainer of EMO-Trance Karen can combine her two loves; complementary therapies and education.
